Writing an ultrasound report shouldn’t feel harder than doing the scan - yet for lots of first-opinion vets it is. Between “NAD,” vague shorthand, not knowing what to say about normal organs, and never having enough time, report writing becomes a source of stress, doubt, and inconsistency.
