Feline lymphoma is one of the most commonly diagnosed cancers in cats, yet its varied clinical presentations and complex diagnostic pathway can make recognition and management challenging in first-opinion practice. From cats presenting with vague gastrointestinal signs to those with respiratory, neurological or nodal disease, lymphoma should remain an important differential diagnosis for many unwell feline patients.
