BVA and VDS Training have teamed up to bring you a series of four free 50-minute 'lunch and learn' webinars for the whole veterinary team.

SESSION 1:

Whether you’re seeking support yourself, managing a team, or simply wanting to better understand neurodiversity in the workplace, this session will offer thoughtful discussion, practical insight, and encouragement to approach conversations with openness and empathy.

  • Recognise the importance of open, compassionate conversations around neurodiversity in veterinary workplaces
  • Understand what reasonable adjustments can look like in reality for neurodivergent team members
  • Feel more confident initiating conversations about support needs and workplace adjustments
  • Explore practical ways managers and leaders can respond positively and constructively to requests for support
